Kiddo Fuel Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kiddo Fuel, we take pride in providing safe, healthy, and thoughtfully crafted food for your little ones. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
1. Returns
Since our products are baby food items, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons once the package is opened.
👉 To be eligible for a return/replacement, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with 360⁰ unedited video of unboxing/unpacking of courier pack.
2. Refunds
- Once your return request is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider timelines.
- If you received a freebie or promotional item with your order, it must also be returned in unused condition.
3. Replacements
Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product for issues like:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Damaged or defective product.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used food products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items purchased during clearance or special sales.
